The Role: Voice and SMS/A2P Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Telecoms & Voice Sales Manager to drive the growth of our voice and SMS API services. This is a critical role for our team, focusing on both wholesale and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Services: Handle a high volume of voice-related requests, from initial inquiry to a finalised offer. This includes preparing and presenting proposals, setting competitive margins, and benchmarking our suppliers to ensure we provide the best possible service and pricing.
- SMS Solutions: Manage both wholesale and enterprise SMS traffic. A strong understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of SMS is essential.
- DID Management: You must be familiar with DID and its role in two-way SMS communication. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our DID offerings and managing relationships with our partners.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to help us maintain a competitive edge.
About You:
- You have a solid background in the telecommunications or CPaaS industry.
- You are familiar with the wholesale and enterprise telecommunications landscape.
- You are a strong sales professional who can prospect, meet with clients, and then possess good relationship skills to manage them as live accounts
- You have hands-on experience with voice and SMS API solutions
- You have experience with DIDs
- You are a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
