Where did it start:
Declan joined expand in 2024 with just over 2 years recruitment experience, supporting the United States across Life Science, and now Semiconductors. He is particularly interested in the more challenging technical markets, with an innate ability to understand the full needs of his Clients and candidates alike. Declan joined expand to further his knowledge of the industry and support a more focussed market, building strong relationships on the way.
Journey so far:
Declan is looking after the Americas region, supporting most functions but specialising in the Engineering and Commercial areas. He has helped support the connection of candidates and Clients so-far and already built out a strong network within his specialised areas.
What's happening now:
Declan is working with the Semiconductor team to further develop his relationships in the Americas. Having already established a good network across the Semiconductor industry, he will be looking to further understand the needs of the market to provide stronger future solutions, with the ongoing demand for talent.
Where next:
Declan will be concentrating on establishing himself as the go-to consultant for this type of role in the region..
