Where did it start:
Cheryl joined the business in 2016 as a Delivery Consultant having previously worked in the education sector for a large recruitment company. She chose expand as her next move due to our reputation in the market and the more personal feel to the business!
Journey so far:
Having initially supported the communications team delivering on large projects for Colt and Tata she was promoted to Consultant is 2018 and has received a further four promotions – most recently to Associate Director at the start of 2023.
What’s happening now:
As an Associate Director, she is now heading a team of 4 resourcers/consultants across Brighton and our APAC office. She is leading several global searches while supporting new Clients in the communications space and developing her team to ensure the continued high quality service is delivered.
Where next:
She is looking forward to growing her team in Brighton, APAC and in new locations, and seeing them continue to succeed in the communications market! She’s had a busy few years and doesn’t see this changing so is grateful for the continued support from her team and colleagues. She remains a strong advocate of women in technology and always loves seeing how her placements impact the business they are hired into. She is looking forward to seeing many more of her placements and Clients at industry events – give her a wave!
