Where did it start:
Amy joined expand in July 2021 having had 3 years prior experience in global and technical recruitment. Before that, she spent 5 years as a Chef and knows all the best spots to eat in town!
Journey so far:
When Amy joined expand she immediately began delivery on large complex projects for key Clients. Due to her success ratio and consistency, as well as being known for her “fantastic hires” in challenging positions, she was quickly promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant, and then quickly promoted again to Consultant.
What’s happening now:
Amy is focused on growing her global market - supporting existing and new Clients on their hires, consulting on recent trends in the market, where the market is going and providing advice on hiring strategies. She supports a small resource team, is focused on development for herself and others, and never gives up on the “hard” stuff. Further career progression is her aim, and she believes in providing the most positive and transparent experience for both candidates and Clients.
Where next:
Amy is aiming to reach another promotion before the year’s end and to grow her resource team, all while running mass-scale global operations. In the summertime, “where next” is usually what she says during an after-work drink!
