Where did it start:
Aidan joined expand in 2001 as a recruitment consultant having previously worked at Computer People in London.
Journey so far:
Aidan has spent the last 22 years placing high-calibre individuals and advising global organisations on their recruitment strategies and managing executive search and large-scale recruitment campaigns for technology organisations. Over this time he has successfully won and delivered campaigns to secure professionals in regions such as USA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
What's happening now:
Aidan is expand’s Managing Director currently managing P&L and overall revenue growth for the communications and technology markets. He personally works with global Clients in retained and project based recruitment filling mid to senior roles across, leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Commercial. His remit covers individual and project based retained search, talent and organisational mapping, critical succession planning and multi-lingual assessments. He actively contributes to industry media and continually travels globally to keep up to date with the market and search for hard-to-find talent.
Where next:
Aidan’s current focus is to ensure expand continues to solidify its name in its markets as the go-to recruitment solution, whilst balancing his home life and other interests - cycling, gardening, spending time with his family, and walking Darth Vader, his dog.
