The Role
The Senior Analyst will support the Commercial Partnerships division, providing performance analytics, insights, and operational support across holding companies, agencies, strategic buyers, and business development functions. You’ll play a key role in enabling data-informed decision-making through advanced analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain performance and revenue reporting tools and dashboards for commercial teams.
- Build and automate reporting processes to enhance visibility across the CRO organisation.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable insights to support commercial, finance, and strategy teams.
- Monitor marketplace health, identify performance anomalies, and support issue resolution.
- Design and deliver revenue forecasts to guide long-term planning and revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on data governance, performance modelling, and incentive plans.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in analytical roles, ideally within programmatic advertising or digital media.
- Strong SQL skills (experience with BigQuery or Looker a plus).
- Proven ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets, extracting key insights.
- Strong quantitative background and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite; Python or scripting experience beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence multiple levels of leadership.
- Highly proactive, curious, and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
