My client — a high-growth, remote-first SaaS/AI company — is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive (EMEA) to join their growing team in London and help drive adoption of their innovative data-driven marketing and customer-data platform.

The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will:
- Manage full-cycle sales for a portfolio of mid-market clients across EMEA – you can be based in UK/FR/ESP/NED/BEL/SWE/DEN
- Engage with a wide range of companies — across different industries and customer use-cases — driving strategic, complex deals.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders, uncover needs, articulate value, and close deals.
- Learn and apply value-based selling techniques, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client requirements.
- Grow your career within a lean, high-velocity team that values impact, ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
Who We’re Looking For
You should have:
- At least 2 years’ full-cycle corporate or mid-market sales experience (but we prioritise impact over years).
- Strong discovery, interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal.
- Intellectual curiosity, ambition, humility — and a growth-mindset that thrives in a fast-changing environment.
- Good understanding of the technology industry, and comfort engaging with technical buyers and decision-makers.
- Based in London and competent in English; additional European language skills (e.g. German) are a plus.
