We’re working with a profitable technology business hiring a Head of Publisher Sales to lead UK commercial growth across publishers, media owners and audience networks.
The company helps publishers unlock more value from their digital inventory by improving how they package, sell and deliver premium advertising opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the publisher market, understands digital advertising, and enjoys building meaningful commercial relationships that turn into sustainable revenue.
You’ll be responsible for leading publisher sales in the UK: building pipeline, winning new business, presenting the platform, asking the right strategic questions, handling objections, and clearly communicating the value the business can bring to different stakeholders across the publisher decision-making process.
It’s a role for someone who can operate with a startup mindset: proactive, commercially sharp, comfortable owning the full sales cycle, and excited by the chance to make the role their own.
We’re looking for someone with:

Experience winning new business across publisher technology, media technology, ad tech or a closely related space

Strong relationships across publishers, media owners or audience networks

The ability to deliver memorable presentations and build trust with senior stakeholders

Enough technical confidence to run a strong high-level platform demo

A strategic, consultative sales approach and the ability to handle objections well
