About the Role

A rapidly growing, innovative global tech scale-up in the travel connectivity sector is looking for a strategic, commercially-minded professional to join its expansion as a Carrier Account Manager.

This is a non-sales, partner-facing role critical to strengthening the company’s global connectivity network. You will be the primary point of contact for mobile carrier partners worldwide, focusing on securing, managing, and optimising long-term commercial relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of proven experience in account management, partner success, or commercial carrier relations, with experience preferably gained on the connectivity/network provider side (MNO/MVNO/MVNE).
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating contracts with telecom providers, covering pricing, SLAs, and technical/commercial terms.
  • Deep understanding of telecom business models—specifically MNO, MVNO, and MVNE partnerships.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical, results-driven approach, and experience analysing business performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum) is required; Spanish or other languages are a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally without visa restrictions.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in carrier-facing roles within telco infrastructure, roaming, or interconnect.
  • Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA technologies.
  • International experience or exposure to global markets.
