The Opportunity
As Global Agency Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing senior partnerships with the world’s top media agencies. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and positioning the company as a leading partner in the digital video ecosystem.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong commercial acumen, deep agency relationships, and a proven ability to scale partnerships at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand senior-level relationships with global holding groups and independent agencies.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive adoption of the platform across agency networks.
  • Collaborate closely with revenue, marketing, and product teams to align on agency needs and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in C-level agency meetings.
  • Drive commercial outcomes by negotiating enterprise-level agreements and ensuring successful adoption.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team as the agency channel scales.

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, adtech, or programmatic with a focus on video.
  • Established senior relationships across global agency holding groups (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Havas).
  • Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth through agency partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Passion for innovation in video, programmatic, and emerging media.
