About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading provider of a Distributed Order Management (DOM) platform designed to revolutionise how retailers manage inventory, fulfil orders, and enhance the customer experience. This cutting-edge solution is essential for modern omnichannel commerce, helping global brands improve profitability and efficiency.
As the German-Speaking SDR, you'll be the crucial first point of contact, building the pipeline and setting the stage for major deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeting & Outreach: Strategically identify, prospect, and qualify potential retail clients in the DACH market via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Pipeline Generation: Book qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executives, directly contributing to the company's revenue goals.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the challenges facing large retailers (e.g., inventory accuracy, Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect) and how our DOM platform solves them.
- CRM Management: Maintain immaculate records of all sales activities and prospect information using Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, tailor campaigns, and maximise lead conversion.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
- Fluent/Native German and English (essential for targeting the DACH market).
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales/telemarketing role, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology.
- A proven track record of exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the retail technology, supply chain, or e-commerce space is a significant advantage.
