The Role
As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for owning and executing the global commercial strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. You will lead sales, business development, and account management functions while working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define the vision and ensure alignment across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the company’s global revenue strategy across agencies, brands and partners.

Oversee and manage regional sales leadership and commercial teams, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded.

Build and scale strategic partnerships with major agencies, brands and technology partners.

Drive go-to-market execution for new products and solutions, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

Align cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to maximize client success and growth.

Develop a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration across all commercial functions.

Act as a thought leader and representative of the business at industry events, conferences and client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record of success in senior revenue leadership roles within AdTech, MarTech or Digital Media.

Strong network across holding groups, major agencies and brands.

Experience building and scaling international sales teams, with a track record of hitting ambitious targets.

Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both at board level and in-market execution.

Deep understanding of video, digital media, and AI-driven advertising solutions.
