Accounting Clerk

Shine Talent Group is a leading global talent management and influencer relations agency.

The Challenge

Due to Shine's aggressive growth plans they needed to hire additional accounting clerks in LATAM to help with all their South American Clients and influencers.

The Approach

We built a shortlist of over 120 accountants and bookkeepers who had a background working with US firms.  All had to speak good English with perfect internet connection.

The Numbers

We reached out to one hundred and twenty people, spoke to forty two, seven CV's were sent to Shine, who in turn interviewed seven of them, two offers were made.

The Outcome

We found an amazing candidate living in Mexico who had the perfect start-up bookkeeping background and had over 5 + years background working with US Firms.
