Samsung Ads focuses on enabling brands to connect with Samsung TV audiences as they are exposed to digital media across all devices. 


The Challenge

Samsung Ads were looking for someone to alleviate workload from the Senior Global Head of AdOps after significant growth.

The Approach

We conducted a search to map out the current market within the AdTech landscape to find the perfect candidate for the role. This longlist was shared with the Client and they were able to work more collaboratively with us to pinpoint exactly who they wanted us to screen.

The Numbers

We had twenty-five people in the longlist that I felt would be suitable for the position from my perspective, this was whittled down to twenty people by the client, twelve people showed interest in the role and were booked in for full screening. Six people were selected from the full screening to go to Client interview.

The Outcome

SamsungAds hired a fantastic candidate from the AdTech landscape, this candidate had the CTV experience they desire and is very highly thought of as an industry leader.
