Riedel Communications manufactures and distributes intercom systems and fibre-based media networks for video, audio, and data signals.

 

The Challenge

Riedel was experiencing high growth, their pre-sales individual needed support and so they came to us to assist in expanding their team.

The Approach 

We took the time to understand the Client's requirements, research into ideal target companies, and carefully selected individuals to discuss the position with. It was a need to align not only the skillset, but the personality fit.

The Numbers

One hundred and six candidates were initially identified, fifteen discussions were had, four candidates were submitted to Client for interview, who employed two of them. 

The Outcome

The Client was so happy with two of the candidates that they decided to hire both! They selected one for this opportunity and decided to offer the other another position.
