Why did you join expand group?

I researched expand group before I applied for the role and found that they’ve been in the industry for a while, have great credentials and are trusted by their clients. 

Initially, when I had my interview with Richard, I felt very comfortable. He explained what my role would entail, and I felt thrilled. I immediately knew working for expand group would allow me to further hone my skills and learn new approaches to recruitment.
 

What’s your role within expand?

I’m one of the Lead Recruiters for the Asia Team and work closely with Dan who’s in the UK office. I specialise in finding mid to senior-level candidates in the AdTech industry to cater to expand group’s clients.
 

How have you settled into your work at expand?

Usually, the first month is the biggest challenge, however with all the help and support from everyone in Expand I have found it relatively comfortable. Each of the consultants and directors has been very approachable and has always offered a helping hand.
 

What does this opportunity mean for you?

I feel truly grateful to be entrusted with a “lead” role after only being in the recruitment industry for two years. 

Also, experiencing recruiting for different cultures has enhanced my adaptability and it amazes me how much I can grow as a person and with the company. 
 

What do you get up to outside of work?

I usually go out with my friends, we travel to some of the nearest beaches, hike, and explore the nightlife.

To unwind I normally go out on the weekends, but I always make sure that Sundays are focused on family time.
