Where did it start:
Steph has been in recruitment for over 13 years, having worked for high street commercial agencies, then having her own consultancy with her sister for 6 years. She worked in the office down the road from us for a year and a half before she joined the business - she was enticed by our active social scene, smiles on Instagram and opportunity to move into recruiting at a global level across the SaaS space.
Journey so far:
Having had her head turned by our existing Fintech business Steph opted to join expand and take over that practice. Steph has excelled, and found a niche in the Buy Now Pay Later sector, Crypto and payments space and is on the radar of most if not all of the founders and CEO’s globally within that market. She has now also taken over our Martech desk, where she supports some of the most exciting Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation and Sales enablement platforms. Steph specialises in helping her Fintech and Martech Clients achieve their growth aspirations. Her Clients value her view on the market and proactively seek her opinion on how they should structure their business, as they enter new territories. Steph has helped build out the founding teams for some of the biggest buy now pay later companies and Martech start-ups.
What’s happening now:
Steph returned from maternity leave in February 2022 after giving birth to her first child. She returned with a bang, picking up where she left off by securing new roles with old and new Clients within her first two weeks. She is laser focused on increasing her Client base across EMEA and North America and is successfully supporting Clients across the Martech and Fintech space who are hiring globally. that invest in early stage businesses.
Where next:
Steph's future is bright, she is working towards a promotion to Principal Consultant and to begin to build out her own team.
