Where did it start:
Kylie started working for expand in January 2019 joining to take over our Travel & Hospitality Technology business by leveraging her many years’ experience in the Hospitality Recruitment sector. When the pandemic hit the Hospitality Tech sector took a massive hit so Kylie took a short hiatus and worked in MedTech & Pharmaceuticals. The worst of the pandemic passed and without much persuasion Kylie returned in early 2021.
Journey so far:
Kylie made an immediate impact growing any existing restaurant technology clients into major accounts and then signed one of the largest retained projects we had ever won with a Spanish based Travel Tech business we’d never worked with before to help them launch across EMEA.
What’s happening now:
Kylie “returned home” to expand in April 2021 to support the growth of the Technology recruitment team focused on supporting our North American clients. She has again hit the ground running developing existing accounts and bringing on new Clients while positioning expand as a preferred retained partner for C level tech hires.
Where next:
Kylie’s business has reached a point where she now needs to grow a team under her. Having won new Clients and found new opportunities in existing markets she has now hired a Delivery Consultant to help her continue to build expand's North American tech success. She has recently been promoted to Principal Consultant, reflecting her amazing success.
