Where did it start:
Allyssa joined expand in November 2022. Before joining she worked in the banking industry so she is a brand new recruit to the recruitment industry!
Journey so far:
Allyssa's feet have barely touched the ground since joining, she is being kept busy by the plethora of roles in the telecomms sector.
What's happening now:
Allyssa's confidence is growing daily, where she continues very quickly to learn the basics of the role and what it takes to become an excellent Sourcing Specialist..
Where next:
She has really enjoyed her first few months at expand, she is relishing the challenge and can't wait to see how far she can go. She is quickly becoming indispensable to her team.
