As a Senior Account Director, you'll play a pivotal leadership role, spearheading our efforts with Fortune 1000 companies. You'll leverage your deep understanding of influencer marketing and social content strategy to develop and execute winning campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

What you'll be working on:

  • Report to the CEO and help evolve the agency’s influencer and social offerings, as well as train and develop team members to ensure the team’s capabilities align with industry trends and standards
  • Own P&L responsibility over the entire Managed Services business, including ownership of retention and expansion, team utilisation, capacity planning, campaign profitability, and profit margins. Would work closely with the Sales team to help drive new business growth as well.
  • Develop and maintain deep partnerships with the existing book of business, with a priority focus on our top accounts (measured by existing revenue and/or future growth potential).
  • Help develop paid media capabilities (either in-house or via a partnership) to allow them to offer amplification of influencer content to our brands
  • Manage the overall quality of work on multiple accounts by demonstrating professionalism and team leadership as a day-to-day client contact; assist in successfully growing existing accounts in meaningful areas.
  • Take a lead in new business opportunities by partnering with the sales team on proposals, building relationships, and developing pitch concepts.
  • Collaborate on or lead proposals, staffing plans and timelines for client projects and new business prospects.
  • Be well-versed in how an influencer program is run end-to-end, including Client briefing process, influencer identification and negotiations, activation, content approvals, managing paid boosting (whitelisting), and reporting and analytics.
  • Have a deep understanding and interest in social media strategy and all social channels Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Directly manage a team of Account Directors and Operations associates, in addition to indirectly managing the broader team of Campaign Managers and Campaign associates

What I'm looking for: (Job Requirements/Must have)

  • 10+ years of agency experience that includes influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and/or social media marketing. Must also include leading and developing other team members as a direct manager. Agency experience and work with enterprise Clients is required.
  • Experience having P&L responsibility over Agency business / segment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing team members across multi-dimensional accounts; experience managing quality control of team’s output.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining client interactions on a daily basis and helping the account team retain and grow the business.
