We are working with a London-based Talent Management agency who leads talent across the Broadcast, Entertainment and Digital sector. We are searching for someone to support multiple Clients to find opportunities through innovation and collaboration for this hybrid role.

We are looking for somebody with experience at an entertainment talent agency.

Responsibilities

• Grow and Develop business
• Strategic management of Clients (Broadcasters, production companies, commercial partnerships, brand building, IP creation, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, publishing, corporate events).
• Client Retention
• Client Recruitment
• Significant Talent Management experience.
• Proven ability to attract and retain top level Clients.
