About the Company

Established in 2002, this company is in full growth/scale-up mode. They have a platform and interconnections that allow their customers to merge services such as voice, SMS, mobile, fixed, and data in white label form. The company itself are not big in size, but are big in ambition in terms of wanting to be the number one converged operator! This person will pay a pivotal role in the continued growth and geographical expansion of the business to wider Europe.

Beyond their current footprint, they are now extending their ambition to the whole of Europe, that is why they are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager!

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will report directly to the CEO of the company and will supervise two Solution Managers as well as the targeting manager. You will also be joining a company experiencing strong growth with a similarly strong trajectory of continued growth - their turnover has multiplied by two in the last 3 years alone!

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell the businesses' services across market verticals through posts, content, events
  • Leveraging your strong network in the European operator/ aggregator space with C-level contacts
  • Develop market shares in selected European countries, on each market vertical • Build the European sales plan for reaching company’s objectives in terms of revenue & margin
  • Identify key target, score highest potential prospects, generate leads, qualify & transform them into prospects
  • Detect and evaluate opportunities & manage bid no bid decision process, on both existing customers & prospects, based on prospects’ objectives & competition analysis
  • Meet customers both virtually & physically
  • Manage prospects & customer relationships
  • Sync with product management for pricing & service description & templates • Contract negotiation, validation & signing
  • Work with and manage solution management & targeting
  • Select and set-up prospects and customer follow-up tool
  • Weekly reviews & report to management: weekly, monthly, trimester, semester & annually
  • Sync with other teams for new market openings, sourcing, product development
  • Travelling to and attending relevant conferences and trade shows 

Profile Requirements

  • Relevant degree with appropriate technical understanding (to be evaluated upon application)
  • 10+ years experience in IT/Telecoms global international experience, you now want to enhance your commercial and operational expertise acquired in the field of Telecoms
  • During your past experience, you have developed a strong track record on one of the following market verticals: MVNO, multichannel customer experience, customer engagement platform, CPaaS, UCaaS
  • You like to work in a team, to get things done, and enjoy bringing the right solution to customers
  • English speaking is essential and having a second European language is beneficial • Interaction with decision-makers is daily and large-scale projects are carried out
  • You are able to take on a hybrid work model, with Paris as the HQ office location (travelling to when required)
  • You have the ambition to progress into sales leadership role
