Our Client, a leading innovator in the iGaming space, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our expansion within the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated leader with a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape and a rolodex of high-level contacts.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business opportunities within the UK iGaming market.
  • Leverage your extensive network of contacts to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at leading operators and affiliates.
  • Lead the sales team in exceeding revenue targets and achieving aggressive growth objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of industry trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of   products and services.
  • Foster a high-performing and results-oriented sales team environment through coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure all leads are nurtured and converted efficiently.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Partner with other departments (Marketing, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the UK iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the UK iGaming regulatory landscape and market dynamics.
  • Extensive network of high-level contacts at leading iGaming operators and affiliates.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients.
  • Data-driven approach to sales with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience selling into the B2B iGaming space (payments, platforms, etc.)
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
