The growth within the Gaming market has risen significantly over the years with the industry being forecasted to reach $339 Billion dollars by 2027. More specifically the Mobile Gaming industry has risen to $68.5 Billion dollars with more and more investors buying in. With more and more gamers wanting a return of investment, studios and publishers are now recognising there is a solution for this with the introduction to loyalty platforms.


Our Client are a Berlin-based, worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Their purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. They launched their games/platforms in the US in 2020, and now our product is in the top 100 most downloaded Google Play apps in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and as of recent the rest of Europe. 


Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager, that will take a lead on our mobile gaming loyalty app platform design (iOS), management and development. You will own product strategy and roadmap, identify future requirements for our product and bring them to life.


As Senior Product Manager, your key role will be to oversee and manage the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s app for iOS devices. You will take the lead market analysis, product design, UI/UX management, developing product roadmap, managing publishing process in multiple regions worldwide and analysing user feedback to ensure high level of user retention.


You will be responsible for: 


  • Identification of user requirements for game loyalty app and mobile application trends monitoring (UI/UX, features, etc)
  • Developing product design with reference to existing Android app
  • Reviewing and updating the company App functionality and features
  • Developing a product rollout roadmap and supporting KPIs
  • Working closely with development team to ensure we're on track with product features development and rollout
  • Fully owning publishing process
  • Launching new marketing in close cooperation with our User Acquisition team
  • Managing App performance and user feedback
