Join their energetic team as a Senior Customer Success Manager and become the champion for their direct advertisers. In this collaborative role, you'll be instrumental in driving advertiser satisfaction and maximizing campaign performance.


  • Be a data whiz! Review campaign progress, identify trends, and present insights to clients. Leverage these insights to uncover business opportunities, like increased ad spend or new offers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis. Partner with internal teams (BI, Fraud, User Acquisition, etc.) to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities for campaign success.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with advertisers. Become their trusted advisor, understanding their goals and tailoring advertising solutions to achieve them.
  • Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process alongside the Sales and Ad Operations teams, ensuring a successful test campaign launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, adeptly escalating and troubleshooting issues raised by users or the support team.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within digital advertising, gaming, or the app industry.
  • Deep understanding of mobile gaming and app advertising trends, metrics, and platforms.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that shine. You can clearly and concisely convey complex information.
  • An analytical mind that can interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing Client challenges.
  • Positive attitude, a team player spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
