Our Client operates at the intersection of gaming and advertising, offering a pioneering approach to game monetization. As a rapidly growing start-up, our Client boasts a prestigious clientele including global brands such as Warner Music Group, Intel, P&G, Uber Eats, McDonalds, and more.

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and collaborative individual to join their team as a Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our partners, responsible for delivering insights, analytics, and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing strong relationships with our partners and bridging the gap between business and technology.


  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic/agency advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in partnerships management or related roles
  • Familiarity with the mobile gaming ecosystem
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Interest in technology; prior experience in technical account management preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners across diverse markets, fostering growth in existing business and unlocking new client opportunities
  • Conduct regular communication and pipeline management to ensure partners are on track to meet targets
  • Provide product education to partners through presentations and individual training sessions
  • Support partners in organising industry events and conferences to generate leads
  • Monitor revenue performance and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Drive short-term and long-term KPIs to achieve commercial success
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance customer service standards
  • Maintain up-to-date partnership agreements and collateral
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for insights, analytics, and reporting needs, facilitating data-driven decision-making
