Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success within their influencer marketing initiatives. This role is a combination of understanding client needs, providing tailored strategies and solutions, and assisting in the management of the clients’ overall marketing campaigns. This role will also identify opportunities for expansion, manage renewals, and will act as the primary point of contact to drive client retention and business development.


Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding client business needs and serving as the point of contact for all account management matters
  • Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring that our clients are set up for success
  • Manage the planning, execution and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for clients
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Monitor and report on client results, providing regular updates to clients
  • Track client results, and use findings to iterate campaigns to drive client goals
  • Address client concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining client trust and satisfaction
  • Assist with client contract negotiations, renewals and compliance to contract terms
  • Identify opportunities for expansion with existing clients, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date on the industry, competitors, and other relevant topics, using insights to improve or create new influencer marketing strategies
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Serve as a thought leader in the Influencer Marketing space, contributing to and developing content such as blog posts, monthly newsletters and other educational materials


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role
  • 1+ years of proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset. Strong systems thinker with a knack for digesting data, drawing meaningful insights and making strategic recommendations
  • Experience in the Creator economy or Influencer Marketing is an asset
  • Agency experience is an asset

Compensation Range:

We offer a starting salary of $55,000 - 70,000 CAD

Total compensation includes Salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
