With this immense growth, one of our key Clients is looking to bring in a Regional Sales Manager to bolster their European team and improve their reach across a variety of accounts within Europe.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Europe, your responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting regional sales and building pipeline in assigned territory (Territory to be defined however will be concentrated on Central Europe)
- Meet and exceed revenue targets in assigned territory for the Clients product portfolio.
- Maintain and develop both existing and prospective accounts through regular visits/meetings.
- Liaise with customers to understand evolving requirements and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Regularly work with internal stakeholders to develop strategy plans for larger accounts, whilst ensuring an alignment with global account strategies.
- Attend sales/training meetings in the US, whilst ensuring all forecast and pipeline information remains updated on the CRM system.
An ideal candidate would have:
- A solid mix of technical expertise and commercial awareness, through a combination of a university degree and experience.
- Several years experience in selling capital equipment into the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Naturally driven, self-sufficient and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven sales record.
- Openness to travelling across Europe, with the majority of the role involving customer visits.
- Fluent English and German.
- An understanding of semiconductor manufacturing techniques and knowledge of CRM systems is a bonus.
