We are partnering with one of the leading semiconductor equipment manufacturing businesses based in Grenoble, France who are seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead a team of Process Engineers, responsible for the improvement of existing customer processes as well as development of new processes to meet evolving customer requirements.

By liaising directly with internal and external customers, the Process Engineering Manager and the team of Process Engineers under his direct supervision will support Company’s business goals by maximising the performance of Company’s semiconductor processing equipment.

Preferred location for this role would be Grenoble, France, but candidates from other European locations would also be considered.

If you have:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in process engineering gained in the semiconductor industry environment (experience with wet / wafer cleaning / metrology processes would be a plus)
• Strong team leadership skills and an ability to create an environment where each individual is working towards a common goal and in collaboration with each other
• Ability to travel within Europe and internationally up to 50% of the time
• Strong English language skills
