Your focus: skyrocketing their unique audio in-gaming advertising platform and revenue through fostering strong, lasting relationships.

- Cultivate connections with industry power players - Monetisation Managers, Founders, Game Designers, and Product Managers.
- Be the champion for your team, leading and managing them to achieve company goals and crush KPIs.
- Craft winning strategies to make the platform the go-to solution within the mobile games and app space.
- Negotiate win-win partnerships that seamlessly integrate with our objectives.
- Bridge the internal gap - collaborate with advertiser sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure successful integrations.
- Become a data guru, tracking and analysing partnership performance to provide valuable insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of the curve - industry trends, competitor moves, emerging tech - you'll be the one to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Be the Client's voice at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and fostering connections.

- 3+ years of experience slaying it in games/app monetization or business development.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful ad monetization partnerships.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to victory.
