The headless CMS (Content Management System) market is projected to grow by a whopping 22% over the next 10 years, with brands and retailers continuing to shift their focus more and more into their online presence. Gone are the days of online retailers having to upgrade their tech stack or completely re-platform, just to make the smallest change to their digital presence. Headless CMS allows brands the ability to creating meaningful and consistent customer experiences across all channels, without code.

 

Our Client powers digital-first commerce brands and retailers with the freedom to do more, through their cloud based Digital Experience Management SaaS platform. We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer with a passion for building robust marketing operations programs!

 

As their new Marketing Ops Manager, your job is to

 

  • Maintain and improve database health from new lead acquisition, to email deliverability and lead management processes
  • Support the marketing team by providing a solid database structure
  • Ensure data is synchronising beautifully with Salesforce, 6sense, Salesloft & Hubspot
  • Work to automate repeatable processes to consistently optimize and accelerate marketing campaign delivery and workflow
  • Gather qualitative feedback from sales and marketing stakeholders to help drive further efficiencies within processes 
  • Work with freedom and flexibility to get the job done in the way that works best for you!

 

What we'd love from you

 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS Marketing Automation
  • 2 years + in Marketing Operations
  • A growth mindset
  • BA/BS degree

 

Don't worry - if the tech bit sounds like jargon right now! Experience in the CMS/DAM space is great, but not essential! As long as you've got a good background in B2B SaaS then we want to talk to you!
