We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director DACH to lead and grow the SaaS software business across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives for the DACH region
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts within the DACH market
  • Drive sales pipeline development and execution, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales and customer experience
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
