I am currently working with an exciting and innovative SaaS platform that allows leading brands, (such as Coca-Cola, Orange, Sephora) to effectively and efficiently manage their influencer marketing campaigns. The solution gives brands control over their influencer marketing strategies for complete optimisation. The platform allows for influencer identification, no fuss campaign management, and in-depth performance management.

Additionally, they also work closely with a number of influencers across the globe, allowing them to track their key social media stats, improve their visiblity, and more constructively manage their socials.

I am searching for a Growth Manager to join their fully remote team. The mission for this individual will be to build out a lead generation process within the business and manage this process. You would be in charge of the main digital acquisition levers within the European region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, test and implement new acquisition layers
  • Implement campaigns: segmentation, copywriting, design, launch, optimization, reporting
  • Track leads life cycle
  • Measure relevant stats and insights
  • Propose action plans to optimize and improve ROI

Requirements

  • Strong experience working in acquisition (SEA, SMA, SEA, emailing etc)
  • Strong analytical experience (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Ads is highly desirable
  • Great communicator
  • A French and English speaker
