Position Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for products and systems at customer sites. With 4 years of hands-on experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of automated batch and single wafer tools at customer locations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Provide on-site training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our products
- Collaborate with the internal technical teams to address complex issues and develop solutions
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during service operations
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service or similar technical role
