Do you thrive in a high-growth environment and have a passion for exceeding sales targets?

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Client's growing team in Munich. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business across Germany and Switzerland, focusing on acquiring large enterprise clients for a leading Customer Data Platform (CDP).

What You Will Do

  • Develop and close deals with enterprise clients, targeting an annual quota of €1 million in ARR
  • Partner with the Regional VP of Sales and SDR team to identify and qualify leads.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that showcase the value of CDP solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with key decision-makers.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their success.
  • Share your expertise and contribute to the development of other Account Executives within the team.
  • Work in a hybrid environment with 1 day in the office (Munich) and remote flexibility.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned sales professional with a background in customer data, customer engagement, personalisation, or mobile messaging etc.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle (4-6 months for standard CDP, longer for multi-cloud solutions).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex Client environments.
  • Fluent German is mandatory. English fluency is a plus.
