We are working with one of the worlds leading London-based advertising technology media solutions providers. Their offering supports agencies and advertisers in driving a huge return on investment for their campaigns running across video, audio and OTT services.

With an expanding regional and global name in the market and a high demand for their services our Client is looking for a German speaking Customer Success Team Lead based in London. The role will be to manage the team and Clients across the German market, working closely with the Sales function and Country Manager to strategically grow those accounts.

As Customer Success Team Lead, you will manage a team of junior Customer Success Managers all working in the DACH market. You will be key in growing the team, supporting their efforts with clients and aiding in professional development.

Requirements

• A strong and proven track record of managing large agency and brand accounts in DACH
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams between 2 - 5+
• 5+ years of working within the advertising and technology space
• Experience within recognised programmatic media sales and/or ad technology businesses
