Treasury Manager

Zilch is an over-the-top Buy Now Pay later business.

The Challenge

We had previously placed with Zilch in the UK and they came to us with an urgent hire for their new Miami office for a Treasury Manager, that they didn’t have the time or network to fill themselves within the time they needed.

The Approach

Due to our extensive network, we were able to provide a shortlist within 2 days of receiving the job details from setting up a project on LinkedIn and speaking with people in the market.  Out of 4 interviews, we had an offer accepted within 2 weeks.  Zilch have been really impressed with our delivery on this, that we are now hiring for multiple vacancies across the business.

The Numbers

We initially contacted 40 candidates. spoke with 16, recommended 4 and had 4 interviews.  Out of 4 interviews, we had an offer accepted within 2 weeks. 

The Outcome

The successful candidate came from a saas tech company and had previously been an Assistant Treasury Manager, so was ready for her next step up. She had the most perfect attitude and attributes for Zilch. With a positive, passionate personality that was the ideal fit to grow with function for them.
