The Challenge

Xaxis had been searching for this hire for 3 months and the biggest challenge was finding a candidate with both Product, Campaign Management within the niche DOOH part of AdTech. There are only three businesses/competitors in the UK that we were able to headhunt from which limited the candidate pool massively.

The Approach

Once we had identified the three businesses and competitors we were able to lure a clutch of suitable candidates by sending relevant marketing material.  We were fortunate to find our candidate who worked for one of the largest out-of-home advertisers in the UK.

The Numbers

50 candidates were sourced with 10 candidates initially qualifying.  3 candidates were shortlisted with an offer being made in 3 weeks.

The Outcome

Due to this hire, we were able to open up a new and exciting agency within WPP. Xaxis have some exciting projects upcoming so we are looking forward to developing a productive relationship with them.
