Vidoomy are an adtech platform who drive highly-targeted video advertising campaigns through their network of premium video publishers.


The Challenge

Vidoomy werelooking to grow and scale their operation in the UK. As such they needed to make a number of highly talented sales hires to drive their business in London.

The Approach

We worked closely with the senior sales team at Vidoomy in order to truly understand their needs as a business. Once we had a strong insight into what they were looking for we used multiple approaches in order to source candidates. Searching in our direct network, sourcing new candidates and ensuring visibility of the role online via job advertisements in LinkedIn, our website, multiple job boards and WhatsApp groups.

The Numbers

One hundred and forty-five candidates were targeted with twenty candidates initially qualifying.  Twelve were interviewed by expand with three candidates being shortlisted. The hire was made in four weeks

The Outcome

The successful hire in this instance was a previous colleague of someone who had also accepted an offer with Vidoomy. He brings the same gumption and determination that the team were looking for to take Vidoomy to market in a big way.
