The Challenge

Vidoomy had found great success in the UK market but were in need of exceptional sales people to join their team and develop some of their big client wins

The Approach

Using our extensive network, we reached out to a number of people in London as well as looking in new places for exceptional talent.

The Numbers

One hundred and fifteen candidates were initially targeted with thirty candidates initially qualifying.  Fifteen were then interviewed by expand with six candidates being shortlisted.  The hire was made in three weeks.
