The Challenge

Vertical Discovery are a growing eDiscovery software provider looking to add a technical eDiscovery Engineer to support their customers using their software across the US.

The Approach

We worked closely with a competitoron a  target list and reached out to specific candidates.

The Numbers

3 candidates were approached and 2 were interviewed by expand.  2 candidates were shortlisted and one offer made.

The Outcome

After a very long process, we managed to place the candidate at a sister company to the company we originally intended to place him at. (would rather that not be mentioned publically, sore subject and no one is really happy about it) but me.
