Tribe is an Australian AI Powered Influencer Marketing Platform.

The Challenge

Tribe identified an urgent need for experienced SaaS sales people with strong influencer marketing knowledge in Miami.

The Approach

Using our detailed knowledge of the market we targeted similar companies and competitors. We went through our own CRM system, our own personal networks, and as a last resort, LinkedIn.

The Numbers

We reached out to over two hundred and fifty people, narrowed this down and spoke to seventy-eight people.  We presented fifteen CVs to Tribe, who interviewed twelve of them.  They were delighted with our selection and made a great hire.

The Outcome

The successful candidate had very recently been made redundant, we reached out to him and set up an interview.  The whole process was very smooth - Tribe moved quickly and secured their preferred candidate, he was delighted to accept.
