Business Development Representative, Portuguese speaking

The Challenge

ThetaRay were looking for a Portuguese-speaking Business Development Representative to be based in NYC and sell in the LATAM market.

The Approach

We approached every Portuguese-speaking SaaS sales person living in NYC and managed to get a shortlist of five candidates to interview stage.

The Numbers

We initially approached thirty people. Six CV's were sent to Client and they interviewed five.  One hire was made. 

The Outcome

We successfully found ThetaRay the ideal candidate, who they loved so much they increased the budget for this hire to bring her on-board. They were extremely satisfied, as this was the second hire we have made in that team, and they will now be using us to grow-out in other regions.
