Tata Communications is a multi-billion dollar global telecommunications provider, powered by mobility, IoT, security, cloud and growth in digital transformation.

The Challenge

Our Client is looking to massively grow across continental Europe. We were tasked with hiring the best talent across New Logo Enterprise Hunters (and Account Managers). These individuals needed to have a specific skillset in technology knowledge and an ability to prospect and close large complex sales.

The Approach

We proceeded to extensively map out the whole of continental Europe. We identified over 300 potential candidates which we found would be the strongest options to target.

The Numbers

300 candidates were placed into a target map, 197 discussions were had, 52 candidates were shortlisted, and multiple hires made (with more ongoing).

The Outcome

Multiple candidates have been hired from competitor companies as well as companies likely to be overlooked, which hold strong talent. These candidates brought proactive approaches, strong technical knowledge, vast market knowledge, and a specific ability in strategic hunting.
