Subject Matter Expert (SD-WAN)

Tata Communications is a multi-billion dollar global telecommunications provider, powered by mobility, IoT, security, cloud and growth in digital transformation.

The Challenge

Tata was looking to hire an experienced Solutions Architect to help strengthen sales & help to expand their services to Enterprise customer. The challenge is to find an experienced Solutions architect who has proven experience in specific technologies.

The Approach

A LinkedIn project search, Inmails & connection requests were sent and a Loxo outreach was scheduled to generate calls with multiple candidates to find the right candidate to fit their business need and company culture.

The Numbers

One hundred and fourteen candidates were initially targeted with eighty-two candidates initially qualifying.  Twelve were interviewed by expand with six candidates being shortlisted.  The hire made in eight weeks.

The Outcome

The candidate was not actively looking for a new role, but he felt this position was a great opportunity for personal growth and is now very happy with his decision.
