The Challenge

SoPost needed someone who had direct contacts within the top beauty and cosmetic brands in the US to solidify their presence in the market.

The Approach

We targeted every social/Influencer platform and eCommerce business to find a gritty but creative sales person who was full of personality.

The Numbers

We initially reached out to three hundred and ninety one people, and spoke to seventy-six of them.  Sixteen CV's were sent to SoPost with twelve interviews taking place.  Seven presentations were made by the shortlisted candidates and one offer was subsequently made.

The Outcome

We found an awesome candidate who came from TikTok with the perfect background who fits the company culture and has the contacts to drive business.
