The Challenge

SoPost needed a Marketing Director who could lead their current marketing division who had specifically been within digital advertising at a high-growth start up.

The Approach

We targeted every social/Influencer platform and eCommerce business to find gritty creative marketing people who had grown and managed their own teams of three-plus.

The Numbers

We reached out to one hundred and sixteen likely candidates, and spoke with forty-two of them.  From this selection, we sent nine CV's for selection to SoPost and they interviewed their preferred seven candidates.   They were delighted to make one offer.

 

The Outcome

We found an awesome candidate who came from a high-growth social listening business who had managed a team of five and run their global business.
