Access Network Design Architect

The Challenge

Sky had been searching for a Design Architect for their Access Network department for many months before expand approached them direct and to offer contract services.

The Approach

This was a classic search where the most important aspect of the role was the understanding the Access Network part of the business and naturally. After a quick discussion with the hiring manager we began our search.

The Numbers

24 candidates were initially targeted with 6 candidates initially qualifying.  4 were interviewed by expand and all shortlisted.  The hire was made in 2 weeks.

The Outcome

Being a contract role, we managed to go through the process in quick succession and able to place the candidate with an almost immediate start date.
