Following the announcement of their 12 million Series-B funding Silverpush and expand solidified their global partnership to hire country managers across Europe and The Americas.
The Approach
Fortunately we had launched five other adTech vendors in the region over the past 12 months so had an incredibly strong network. We engaged our network and were able to secure five interested and relevant candidates very quickly.
The Numbers
Five CV's were submitted, five first round interviews were done, three candidates were put through to the second round and one hire was made within 4 weeks.
The Outcome
The hire was made within 4 weeks which was over and above what the Client expected.
