Following the announcement of their 12 million Series B funding Silverpush and expand solidified their global partnership to hire country managers across Europe.

The Approach

expand needed to identify every sales leader and general manager with an understanding of the contextual advertising sector based in Los Angeles..  Silverpush are currently a challenger brand in North America so we needed to ensure candidates really understood the value and differentiation of their product offering.

The Numbers

50 +candidates targeted and 10 were interviewed by expand. 5 candidates were shortlisted and a hire was made in 3 weeks.

The Outcome
